What's included in the 500 transformations?

Each transformation is one AI-processed image or video. When a guest's photo is captured and sent to our webhook, it counts as one transformation regardless of the workflow complexity. You can track usage in real-time through your dashboard.

Can I use one purchase for multiple events?

Each workflow purchase is designed for a single event. However, unused transformations don't expire immediately. If you have remaining transformations after an event, contact us to discuss using them for a future event. For operators with recurring needs, we offer custom multi-event packages.

What happens if I exceed 500 transformations?

Additional transformations beyond the included 500 are billed at $0.50 each. Your workflow continues to function seamlessly, and you can track overage usage in your dashboard. For high-volume events, contact us for custom packages with better rates.

How long does activation take?

We manually configure your workflow instance within 24 hours of purchase. Once activated, you'll receive an email with your unique webhook URL and access to your dashboard. We recommend purchasing at least 2 business days before your event for comfortable testing time.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer full refunds within 48 hours of purchase if your workflow hasn't been activated yet. Once activation is complete and you've received your webhook URL, we cannot offer refunds as resources have been allocated. If you have issues with your workflow, our support team will work with you to resolve them.

Can I add video clips after purchase?

Yes! Video clip packages can be added to your account at any time, as long as your workflow supports video output. Simply log into your dashboard and purchase additional video packages. They are immediately available for use with your active workflows.
